The NAR Story: Based in Shanghai but with our main administrative base in Singapore, New Alliance Resource was founded in 2018 to offer the international mining, construction, agricultural and heavy equipment-rich industries of the world a cost effective, bespoke and efficient service through our proprietary relationships with global OEM's.

Costs have risen for us all, regardless of location and as such our mission is to deliver in-field heavy equipment at affordable prices. Partnering with the Shanghai based OEM, the Haute Tech Group, we can offer equipment to suit operational need.
